ABOUT ME
I am an experienced Senior SAP Basis Administrator and Cloud professional committed to continuous growth in learning new technologies while delivering results-driven performance in globally managed physical, public and private cloud environments. Managing a portfolio of clients, I work in close collaboration with both internal and external technical, functional, and executive teams. I shape successful project and implementations plans resulting in optimized system experiences for end users.
My dedication to the learning process is due to my experience administrating new technologies in cloud and physical environments, during which I performed complex troubleshooting investigations, managed different OS, DB and APP environments, and oversaw successful installation, upgrade and migration activities. Most importantly, my experience with managing client side relationships and mentoring junior staff members proved to be most rewarding as it built trust between our different teams.
In addition to my experience as a technical professional in IT, I also have training as a 3D Artist in traditional and digital media, and all competencies regarding website development and deployment. Working in a freelance role, I have hands on experience, as well as a strong understanding of many design elements and workflows.
I hold a Master of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Administration and Security from New Jersey Institute of Technology. I also earned my Bachelor of Arts in Digital Design from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a concentration in Entertainment.
